FAQ
FAQ:
There are 7 questions about life coaching I am asked more than any others:
If you would have any further questions about my life coach services or would like to book an appointment please do not hesitate contact me either by telephone or email.
How long do people come and see you for?
This question is the hardest to answer because the life coaching process is so unique and different for every client.
However what is true for every client, is they start to feel the benefits of coaching within the first week. This is because they feel they are starting to take control of their life and can see a path forwards.
How often do people come and see you for?
I recommend weekly visits initially. This gives us a chance address your goals and keep you moving forward at a good speed. Then once you are up and running it can be reduced to every second week, and eventually once a month.
That being said, not everyone can visit every week, perhaps due to time or financial constants. In which case every 2 week works well.
Are you covered by health insurance?
Yes, I am. I am covered by extended health care insurance under the category of Naturopath and Naturotherapists.
I am interested in being a coach myself, how do I do this?
This question is being asked increasingly frequently as life coaches are becoming more and more popular and sought out. There are many training programs available offering coaching certification. I personally did my 3 year training with Coach U which I highly recommend. If you are interested in becoming a life coach do some research and find out which program suits your learning style the best. One of my current clients is currently (happily) enrolled in Coach U, and has lauched herself as a Money Coach. Obtaining life coach certification is one of the best investments you can make in yourself! I cannot stress how much I love my career as a life coach.
