Montreal Life Coaching

• All Coaching appointments are booked in advance.
• Coaching sessions last 50 minutes.
• All sessions are given at our Montreal office located in Notre-Dame-de-Grâce (Montreal)

• In order that you feel continually supported, email and quick telephone calls are part of the service in-between weekly Coaching sessions.

Telephone coaching

• If you do not live locally, have a hectic schedule, or you would like to eliminate travel time, Telephone Coaching is offered from the comfort of your own home or office.
• For Telephone Coaching, payments are requested in advance by mailing a certified cheque. (note: the client also assumes the long distance telephone charges)
• Clients who use Telephone Coaching experience exactly the same benefits as face-to-face Coaching

Payment

• Payment can be made by either cash or cheque.

Health insurance

• Official receipts are issued and these Coaching services are covered by most extended health insurance policies.
